2026 SFFA Conference Location

Venue & Hotel Information

The 2026 Saskatchewan Foster Families Association Conference takes place at TCU Place and the Hilton Garden Inn in downtown Saskatoon. The two venues are located directly across the street from one another, making it easy to move between conference activities.

TCU Place

TCU Place is the primary conference venue and will host the Friday Pre-Conference Training, Saturday Conference Day and the Honouring & Caring Gala.

Hilton Garden Inn

Directly across from TCU Place

The Hilton Garden Inn is the conference hotel and the location of the Friday Evening Social.

The Friday Evening Social takes place in the Estevan Room from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Hotel Accommodations

Depending on eligibility and conference attendance, hotel accommodations may be available through the Saskatchewan Foster Families Association for:

  • Friday, October 2, 2026
  • Saturday, October 3, 2026

Generally, attendees travelling more than 100 kilometres from Saskatoon may qualify for accommodations. If you're unsure whether you qualify, please contact us—we're happy to help.

When requesting accommodations, please let us know:

  1. Whether you require and qualify for a hotel room.
  2. Which night(s) you would like us to reserve.

Many attendees choose to travel on the morning of their session, so please submit your accommodation request as soon as possible.

Mileage Reimbursement

Mileage travelled to and from the conference may be submitted to your MSS Out-of-Home Care Worker for reimbursement, in accordance with program guidelines.

If you have questions about eligibility or submitting your mileage, please contact your worker before travelling.

Childcare

Please note that childcare and child supervision will not be available on-site during the conference.

Attendees requiring childcare are encouraged to make arrangements before travelling to the conference.
